Terms of Service

1. What Arco is

Arco provides software that lets you follow traders on Hyperliquid, a third-party decentralized exchange for perpetual futures. You choose a trader and your settings, and Arco automatically places orders on Hyperliquid from your wallet to follow that trader's trades. Arco also provides a screener and leaderboard built from public Hyperliquid data.

Arco is not an exchange, broker, bank, investment adviser or fund manager. Orders are executed on Hyperliquid, not by Arco. Arco does not trade against you and does not decide which traders you follow.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Arco. You are responsible for making sure that using Arco and trading on Hyperliquid is legal where you live, and for any taxes that apply to your trading.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at help@arco.so.

4. Wallets and custody

When you create a wallet in Arco, it is created through Turnkey, a third-party key-management provider. The private key is held by Turnkey and is not shown to you. Transactions from the wallet are signed through Arco's Turnkey organization. This is a custodial arrangement: Arco can initiate transactions from your wallet.

Arco uses this ability only to operate the service:

• to approve a trading key (an "agent") on Hyperliquid. An agent can place and close orders but cannot withdraw funds. Agents expire and are renewed by Arco;
• to move your deposit from Arbitrum to Hyperliquid;
• to change your Hyperliquid account mode when you ask for it;
• to set Arco's Hyperliquid referral code on your account;
• to transfer the performance fee described in section 7;
• to send withdrawals that you request.

Trading keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to execute copy trades and the actions you take in the app (for example, closing a position or a stop-loss).

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in USDC on the Arbitrum One network only. Arco moves the deposit to Hyperliquid for you. Hyperliquid does not credit deposits below 5 USDC, so smaller amounts stay on Arbitrum until the balance reaches the minimum.

Sending other tokens, or USDC on another network, may result in permanent loss. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address, network or token.

6. Copy trading

You choose the trader, the amount per trade, the leverage limit and other settings. Arco follows the trader's trades according to those settings. You can pause or change a subscription, close positions, or stop all copying at any time.

Copying is automated and depends on market conditions, your balance and settings, and Hyperliquid's rules. We do not guarantee that every trade of a trader will be copied, or that a copied trade will have the same price, size or timing. A trade may be skipped, for example, when the order would be below Hyperliquid's minimum order value, when your available margin is insufficient, or when your settings exclude it. Positions may be liquidated by Hyperliquid under its own rules.

Traders you follow are independent Hyperliquid users. They are not affiliated with Arco, do not know you are copying them, and owe you no duties.

7. Fees

Creating an account and using the screener is free.

Arco charges a performance fee of 30% of the profit on each wallet that copies traders. Profit is measured as the growth of the wallet's account value, including unrealized profit and loss on open positions, above its high-water mark. The high-water mark starts at the amount you deposited and is adjusted for your deposits and withdrawals, so you pay only on new profit, and not again on profit already charged.

The fee is calculated and transferred from your wallet to Arco automatically once a day, and also right before a withdrawal is executed. If a different rate has been agreed with you, that rate applies.

Hyperliquid trading fees, funding payments and network fees (for example, Hyperliquid's 1 USDC withdrawal fee) are charged by those networks, not by Arco, and are separate.

We may change our fees. Changes apply only going forward and will be announced on the website before they take effect.

8. Referral program

If someone registers with your referral link, you receive a share of the performance fees Arco collects from that user (5% unless a different rate is shown in your account). The reward is paid out of Arco's fee and does not increase what the referred user pays. Self-referrals, fake accounts and other abuse may lead to cancelled rewards. We may change or end the program at any time.

9. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal in the app. For security, withdrawal requests are reviewed before they are executed. Before execution, any performance fee due is settled. You can withdraw only the amount that is not used as margin for open positions. Network fees are deducted from the amount sent.

We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized access or a violation of these Terms, or if required by law. In that case we will contact you.

10. Risks

• Trading perpetual futures with leverage is highly risky. You can lose all the funds in your wallet. Only use money you can afford to lose.
• A trader's past results do not guarantee future results.
• Trader statistics on Arco are calculated from public Hyperliquid data and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
• Arco depends on third parties — Hyperliquid, Turnkey, the Arbitrum network and its bridges — which may change, stop working or be compromised.
• Digital-asset regulation may change in ways that restrict the service.

11. No investment advice

Nothing on Arco is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rankings, statistics, presets and recommended traders are information, not a recommendation to follow any trader. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Arco with funds from illegal activity, or for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
• try to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with or attack the service;
• scrape or overload the service beyond normal use;
• create multiple accounts to abuse the referral program or other offers;
• impersonate others or provide false information.

13. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. You can stop using Arco at any time; to close your account, email help@arco.so.

When an account is suspended or closed, we will let you withdraw your remaining funds, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

14. Third-party services

Arco relies on services operated by others, including Hyperliquid, Turnkey, Google (sign-in) and Telegram (notifications). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.

15. Disclaimers

Arco is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular result.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arco is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the performance fees you paid to Arco in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. For material changes we will give notice on the website or by email. If you keep using Arco after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
